Is your clinic following the rules?

In the United States there has not been any low level lasers approved for smoking cessation use.  So how do you know if you are following the FDA rules and regulations.  You have to join the Institutional Review Board to operate legally in the United States if you have not been asked to do this then you are out of compliance.  You must use Informed Consent Documents in your clinic.  If you do not then you are out of compliance.  Don't risk setting up your business only to have it shut down.  Make sure that you do your due diligence in training using hands-on techniques that have been approved by the IRB.
