Make sure that your training company is backed by an Institutional Review Board that is registered with the Department of Human Services. 

How does Bolton Research Foundation differ from other IR Boards?  BRF was founded to specifically oversee low level laser research and its special needs.  The approvals are always within two weeks of submission, so there is not the 3 month waiting period associated with other IRBs.  When approving the advertising it is done in days instead of weeks so there is no delay do to this process in your business.   BRF is here  to help you comply with all the FDA requirements but not to hinder you.
